A warm, woody chypre accord of strong smoking oak with hints of Cuban cigar further enhanced by leather, spice and musk.
Winter Roses & Musk
Rich notes of winter Roses mingles with Orange, Orchid and Orris lead to darker musky notes of Sandalwood
Amber & Plum
Ripe Plums mixed with fizzy Tangerines leading to deeper notes made of Musk and Amber
Orange, Clove & Tonka
A delicious combination which is perfect for the season. Top notes of Orange zest, crisp Bergamot and grapefruit lead to mid tones of lemon-geranium and clove. The final base notes of cedar, Hemlock tree and Tonka bean add to the depth of this fragrance
DELIVERY
STANDARD DELIVERY 2-5 WORKING DAYS IS FREE
Orders will be posted using Royal Mail 2nd class which takes between 2 and 5 days to arrive. If you would like this to be upgraded to 1st class, a small additional charge will be incurred.
If you are in need of a very urgent delivery it can be posted using Royal Mail guaranteed next day delivery. How much extra each of these options will cost depends on the size and weight of the parcel.
It is often possible to despatch your order within 24 hours of payment since all products other than candles are made to order. In the case of luxury candles which are not in stock they will normally be made within 24 hours of order and despatched the next working day, but please note, candles need to ‘cure' so they should not be lit within 14 days of the date on the label on the bottom to achieve the best burn and scent throw. A leaflet explaining this in more detail is included in the parcel.
Once your products have been despatched you will receive an email or text message to inform you.
In the rare case of a problem with your order please contact me within 24 hours and I will endeavour to resolve any issues within 48 hours.
RETURNS
In the rare case of a problem with your order please contact me at sublimeindulgences@gmail.com and I will endeavour to sort out any issues within 48 hours. To help resolve issues quickly:
- Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item. Please attach a photo of the goods and a description of the problem to help us.
- You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.To start a return please contact: m_mcloughlin@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will email you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process the refund.
- NOTE We are unable to cover return postage costs except in the case of dmaged or wrong products being received.
