DELIVERY
STANDARD DELIVERY 2-5 WORKING DAYS IS FREE
Orders will be posted using Royal Mail 2nd class which takes between 2 and 5 days to arrive. If you would like this to be upgraded to 1st class, a small additional charge will be incurred.
If you are in need of a very urgent delivery it can be posted using Royal Mail guaranteed next day delivery. How much extra each of these options will cost depends on the size and weight of the parcel.
It is often possible to despatch your order within 24 hours of payment since all products other than candles are made to order. In the case of luxury candles which are not in stock they will normally be made within 24 hours of order and despatched the next working day, but please note, candles need to ‘cure' so they should not be lit within 14 days of the date on the label on the bottom to achieve the best burn and scent throw. A leaflet explaining this in more detail is included in the parcel.

In the rare case of a problem with your order please contact me within 24 hours and I will endeavour to resolve any issues within 48 hours.
RETURNS
In the rare case of a problem with your order please contact me at sublimeindulgences@gmail.com and I will endeavour to sort out any issues within 48 hours. To help resolve issues quickly:
- Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item. Please attach a photo of the goods and a description of the problem to help us.
- You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.To start a return please contact: m_mcloughlin@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will email you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process the refund.
- NOTE We are unable to cover return postage costs except in the case of dmaged or wrong products being received.
PERFUME DESCRIPTIONS
Bonne Fille (Good Girl)
A sumptuous floral oriental where top notes of rose, peach and apple refreshed by a drop of bergamot rest upon full blooming tuberose, jasmine and magnolia supported by rich woods, elegant ambers, vanilla and velvet musk.
White Wings (Angel)
Fragrance notes include honey, exotic fruits and caramel that enhance the background hints of vanilla and patchouli.
Jeune Fashionista (Miss Dior)
A rich floral chypre enhanced by a hint of sweet runny honey. On the top we see notes of bergamot, lemon, gardenia and exotic ylang ylang, leading us towards a heart with jasmine, rose, lilac and lily. The base of the accord is rich and smooth with patchouli, sandalwood, vetiver notes, oakmoss, amber, Tonka.
Dame Riche (Lady Millionaire)
A floral, fruity fragrance with top notes of orange and citrus. Middle notes of jasmine, orchid, orris and lily of the valley. Woody bottom notes of vanilla, musk, white musk and complex white woods.
Heaven(Olympea)
The top notes Ginger flower, Water Jasmine, and Green Mandarin; the middle notes are salt and Vanilla; while the base notes are Sandalwood, Ambergris, and Cashmere Wood. The perfume opens with a mix of watery citrus notes alongside a hint of ginger. As the fragrance develops and settles the signature Salt and Vanilla perfume notes emerge.

A complex, fruity fragrance with top notes of citrus, orange and lime. Herbal, floral middle notes of jasmine, lily of the valley and rose. Musky bottom notes of patchouli, vanilla, tonka bean, and complex white woods.
